Week #2 assignment: I already had acrobat reader and windows media player installed on my computer. At first, I had difficulty downloading flash and quicktime player.
My instructor suggested that I download Internet Explorer again and it worked. I also had problems because we have "pop up blockers" on our computer. Once I fixed this, the software downloaded without difficulty.
